1. WHERE IS THE DESERT SAFARI LOCATION IN QATAR DOHA ?

Khor Al Udaid (  Doha, Qatar), approximate 45-1 hour drive from the city.

2. WHICH ARE PICKUP LOCATIONS IN QATAR DOHA?

We can pick up from any famous landmarks such as shopping malls or hotels in the city limits.

3. WHAT IS THE PICKUP TIME FOR SAFARI TOUR?

Evening desert safari is between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Private Desert Safari is between 3;00 PM – 7:00 PM
Doha city tour and desert safari combo between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Over Night desert safari is between 3:00PM – 8:00 AM following next Day.
Sunrise desert safari between 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Morning desert safari is between 8:00Am to 12:00Pm
Note: Timings will vary depends on the climate changes.

4. WHICH IS THE VEHICLE FOR THE PICK UP?

 4X4 WD’s – Toyota Land cruiser, Lexus or similar.

5. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SIT IN ONE CAR?

 6 passengers (excluding driver). Luggage is not possible in this sharing basis car. If customer wants to take luggage, then they have to hire private car.

6. HOW LONG IS THE DUNE BASHING?

Dune bashing will be approx. between 30 – 45 minutes.

7. CAN WE GO WITHOUT DUNE BASHING TO THE CAMP?

 Sharing basis car cannot go without dune bashing unless all passengers agreed the same. Else the guests have to hire private car to go directly to the camp without dune bashing.

8. WILL THERE BE SEAT BELTS FOR ALL THE PASSENGERS?

 Yes. Seats belts will be provided to all the 6 passengers. In some cars, 7 passengers can sit. In such cases, 7 seat belts will be there.

9. CAN I BRING MY TODDLER FOR THE SAFARI / DUNE BASHING?

 Dune bashing is not recommended for small kids and pregnant ladies. Usually children above 3 yrs can bring for the safari. At any case, guests can bring the child at their own risks only.

10. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR SAFARI TOURS?

 You can wear casual dress for safari Tours as the weather is normally warm, do not wear sandals it is not comfortable to walk on sand with sandals.

11. ARE BABY SEATS AVAILABLE ON SAFARI TOURS?

Baby seats will not be provided. If the guests have their own baby seats, they can bring. But additional one child charge will be applicable.

12. WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED FOR BOOKING MY TOURS?

Date of the tour, No. of people, Contact person’s full name, pick up
locations such as Hotel name, Room Number if available and your local
contact number. You could provide us if you are carrying any international
Number or any other local number to contact you. If you are staying in any
hotel and yet do not know your number we can pick you up from Lobby.

13. HOW LONG WILL BE CAMEL RIDE AND SAND BOARDING?

 Camel ride will be only for few minutes and sand boarding is also depends upon the availability.

14. WHERE WE WILL SLEEP FOR THE OVERNIGHT SAFARI?

We will provide tents and pillows for the people for overnight safari. Kindly note, during night there is no other programs. Breakfast will be provided for the following day.

15. IS THERE ANY SHOWER WILL BE THERE IN THE CAMP SITE?

Shower / Toilet facilities will be available in the camp. A/c or hot water facilities will not be there.
